Which lighting gives the most honest result?
Diffuse, daylight-equivalent lighting (around 5500–6500 K) with a neutral background. Avoid strong LEDs that exaggerate saturation.
Is video better than photographs?
Video under consistent lighting shows brightness and extinction across tilt angles, which still images hide. Request both.
